What if we miss a weekly Montessori class?
You may schedule one FREE replacement class per term for any reason, depending on availability. The replacement class must be scheduled in advance, either in person or via email to katelynn@montessorimotherberlin.com.
Replacement classes do not carry over to the next term.
What if my child or I is sick?
If you or your child is showing any of the following symptoms, please stay home and reschedule the missed class.
Symptoms:
– running a fever
– green or yellow mucus
– diarrhoea
– whooping cough
– feeling unwell, tired, cranky, clingy…
What if I miss a weekend workshop?
In order to honor the time of our event/workshop teachers, refunds for cancellations for any reason within 2 weeks of the class or event are not possible.
You may give your place to a friend with a child in the same age group if you are unable to attend. Please email us in advance letting us know who will be coming in your place.
